about
I live with a small zoo of animals in a home lovingly referred to as Gatorwood Manor.  I  sold my first paintings in a booth I set up on the sidewalk in front of my house (much to the displeasure of my mother)  My paintings, primarily portraits  of big-eyed girls with long blonde hair sold for a quarter.

I majored in fine arts with an area of concentration in figure drawing while in college and worked as the Art Director of the local parks department. I have also taught at several local shops.  My studio, Enchanted Circle Design began as a custom ceramic tile studio, evolved into a bookbinding and rubberstamping studio and now is where I work on metal shrines, collage and dollies with my trusted assistants - Mushuu, Zeke and Irie (the dogs).

My art is inspired by the things I see in my daily life - the color of the sky just before the sun sets, the shadow a moth casts as it flits across the room, or the texture of a cats' fur.

At the current time, my art is sold exclusively by Two Vaults Gallery in Tacoma, WA but will soon be available on eBay.
